Your Booth Drop will be waiting for travel planners when they enter the Marketplace on day one. To make a greater marketing impact, pace a Booth Drop each day or at every Marketplace session. CONFERENCE BOOTH

Boost your company visibility at a conference with the addition of a Conference Booth. Travel Planners are incentivized to visit your company booth during the conference to learn of your destination, service or product. The addition of a Conference Booth increases your relationship building opportunities with new travel planners as well as your existing clients.

BOOTH SIZE — 8 x 10 feet.
NON-ELECTRIC — Ask for options.
INCLUDES — 6′ or 8′ foot table, plus 2 chairs. You bring the rest!!
SET UP DAY / TIME — Personalize your booth space prior to noon on the 1st day of Conference.

EMAIL BLAST

Deliver your personalized message directly to all registered delegates via a pre- and post-email campaigns. That’s right. We deliver your marketing email blast directly to all conference delegates before they even attend the conference and send your follow-up email to travel planners upon their arrival home. It’s easy and a great way to extend your marketing presence before and after the conference.

SUBJECT LINE — Provided by client, a clear and concise subject line. Suggested 30 to 50 characters or 4 to 7 words describing what’s inside!!
EMAIL CONTENT — We recommend no more than 150 word count.
IMAGE FILES — Provided by client as a PNG, JPG or GIF format, no bigger than 150 kb in size.
CALL TO ACTION — Include at least one call to action link for best visibility and results.
PROVIDING AN HTML EMAIL — Your HTML should include a balanced mix of text and images. Emails that are almost 100% image(s) can end up in spam folders and not hit your target. Make sure you layout is responsive to all readers across multiple formats, including fonts that web basic.
DUE DATE — All files should be received 2 weeks prior to the Email Blast day scheduled in agreement.

FLOOR GRAPHICS

A picture says a thousand words and your logo on our Conference floor graphics makes a lasting impression. Travel planners view your floor graphic from conference start to finish, embedding your branding message thousands of times during the conference. Your floor graphic will be highly visible and placed in the highest Conference traffic areas for travel planner delegates to see every day.

GRAPHICS SIZE — 4 x 4 foot square applied to the major conference walkways.
DESIGN — Graphics should be colorful, clean / simple, and surrounded by a border (suggested) to “pop” on all types of floor patterns and coverings.
FILE FORMAT — Design layouts should be provided 300 DPI at actual size in JPG or press-ready PDF format.
ART DUE DATE — Art files are due no later than 4 weeks prior to start of Conference for production.

HOTEL KEY CARDS

Put your company logo and message in the pocket of every conference delegate. With the Hotel Key Card you have a guaranteed audience as your message is delivered every time a delegate enters their hotel room. But don’t think your marketing stops when the convention is over, many key-cards are kept as keepsakes and added to collections, extending your marketing reach to this targeted travel planner market.

MARKETPLACE

Become the Official Marketplace sponsor and have your logo displayed in full color at every travel planner booth, aisle signs, floor graphics and positioned on the main screen during every marketplace appointment. Padfolios are carried and used each day by delegates and act as their Marketplace Appointment Binder as well as a focal point for all important conference documents. Travel planners report that Conference Padfolios have a long afterlife — many are used in their tour operations.

Be the first to welcome every travel planner delegate as the — Official Registration Sponsor. You will have a company booth adjoining Conference Registration, where all delegates will be escorted to meet you in person. Travel planners are encouraged to click directly to your company website via a convenient link (you provide) embedded in your Banner Ad. Banner Ads work 24-7 to drive travel planners directly to you. Your digital marketing never sleeps.
